We are a 24/7 tech support company. Our normal operating hours and fees are from 6am to 11pm. We may be closed on major holidays.
6am to 11pm - Normal Rate hours
11pm to 6am is considered after hours and a $50 fee will be added to the normal fee. Our after hours fee is still less expensive then most computer repair shops normal rates.
We are not a traditional brick and mortar computer repair shop. With todays technology, our tech support agents are able to work from their home offices or come directly to you. That means we have no store lease, inventory, utility bills, vehicle leases, and other typical business costs associated with storefronts. With literally no overhead, we are able to pass the savings to our customers.
It's pretty simple and believe me, we like simple. Lets say that you contact us to fix your computer or device and we are not able to fix your device. We simply do not charge you for anything.

In most cases, it will be the same as our residential service. Our tech support is geared for small businesses that operate without an IT Department. We do offer enterprise level tech support service. Contact us for more information.
SalvoTech is not a traditional brick and mortar business. It's an additional cost that we do not think benefits the customer and because of that we are able to pass on the savings to our customers. We provide tech support and computer services in many ways.
